His experience spans enterprise technology, product development, digital transformation, programme leadership and business development.

He is responsible for keeping Lupin’s platforms commercially relevant, locally grounded and aligned with the operational needs of public institutions and growing enterprises.

Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer

Karabo Mabusela

Karabo leads Lupin’s product technology and user-experience direction, translating complex enterprise processes into software people can understand and use.

He brings more than nine years of product and design experience across fintech, streaming and digital consumer platforms, including MTN MoMo and MultiChoice/DStv Stream.

His background combines product design, front-end engineering, design systems, research, accessibility and AI-assisted product experiences.
